   How we

   ...support, encourage and assist the 234 congregations in the district:

• support congregations when questions arise regarding doctrine and practice

• meet with congregations to provide information regarding the call process
• provide appropriate names of candidates for congregational pastoral vacancies
• provide assistance, upon request, with parish conflict management.

   ...support, encourage and assist the 390 ordained ministers in the district:

• maintain and manage official records of ordained and commissioned ministers
• provide ready assistance for daily issues
• write and distribute bi-weekly, the Message from the President
• report to the General Pastors and the Regional Pastors, in conference
• provide assistance and information regarding Ministerial Health issues
